I believe handling this problem (CJK First/Last name order issue) by translation
has major drawback as Kamataki-san pointed out in Japanese mailing list. When
the templates which use "First Name" and/or "Last Name" fields on 2.x is opened
on 3.0, "First Name" and "Last Name" is reversed.
In other words, when <text:sender-lastname text:fixed=false> and
<text:sender-firstname text:fixed=false> elements in OOo2.x produced ODF, then
3.0 shows different meaning strings for them.
So I think more preferable solution is the way of Russian issue (69133) took- if
user's locale is CJK, option dialog should re-order its name fields, ie Last
Name/First Name/Initial.
I've filed new issue 103200 for this.
And I'd like to revert the translation for these filed labels.
Khirano, rejeongkyu, dflagzhulihua and blueice7, do you think this is
reasonable?
