units for page sizes are in bold, so now with super-accuracy in the UI, e.g.
#10 Envelope, is Env10 which is defined as 4.125 x 9.5 inches, an inch is 2.54cm
== 104.775 x 241.3mm, after rounding we should now have 104.78 x 241.30mm in
the UI
