That's correct. Thank you for notification! No PPC version en-US is hosted
anymore on the mirror network. You can download the 2.4.0 version from the
archive mirrors at
http://archive.services.openoffice.org/pub/openoffice-archive/stable/2.4.0/
I've updated the download link.
btw. Nobody did release tests for newer versions for en-US.
