P2 measurement examples says: 1) An essential product feature - e.g. Printing - does not work at all, and no workaround exists This is the case for this issue. Opening documents that have been generated by OOo 2 is an essential product feature (I really hope you consider it to be one because compatibility is very very important in a lot of use cases). The example shows, that this feature is broken and there is no workaround for that. 2) User data is corrupted in an easy-to-encounter way; open the example document - one or more lines ar hidden by accident. Change something, store it and open it again.
