ok, fixed but failed. The guessing part indeed is no more, but we finally have
OOo in the originally desired state where a dark background would result in the
high contrast "theme" everywhere it mattered (like in dialogs, toolbars,
virtually everywhere). And now we don't want that anymore I guess.
This will be more tricky than I expected. How awkward. It means that I and my
predecessors have told developers all those years "don't use the HC flag,
evaluate the background and see if it is dark". And now it will have to be the
other way around to make this work.
@cd: any input from the framework and toolbar point of view ?
