The comment from mru: "If e.g. a certain window style is applied to a
template, the template should alway create a new document with the desired size
and position." is not exactly what I had in mind.

It should be possible to apply a 'window style' to individual documents as other
styles are applied presently. Templates are not the focus of the issue. 

A 'window style' should include all the parameters affecting the visual display
of a document, which are adjustable manually including:

1. placement and size of window;
2. verticle and horizontal scroll position,
3. zoom percentage;
4. print or web layout; and,
5. text or page display area.

It should be possible to set these parameters manually via a Style page, or from
the current document.
