This is presumably with the dictionaries from
http://ispell.math.upatras.gr/files/ooffice/el_GR.zip
which definitely give these results.
I also tried with aspell-el and aspell and it gives the same results...

So I suspect that both dictionaries are from the same basic root of the ones
from http://ispell.math.upatras.gr and that the problem should be directed
towards the contact of that site for help/improvements of the dictionaries
themselves.
