This is a regresstion from issue 45410
->mba: In BOOL SvxLinkManager::InsertFileLink(...) you changed the way the
separators are added to the link command.
In case there's no range available there's no separator added anymore. This
results in a command where the filter name is set at the second position of the
command string.
