------- Additional comments from [email protected] Sun Jul 12 18:53:25 +0000 2009 ------- I used the Tools->Mail Merge Wizard menu to start mail merge. 1) Choose "Create new document." 2) Choose type "letter" 3) Mail Merge automatically selects my one saved address list. I checked "this document shall contain...address block" and "Surpress lines with just empty fields".
