------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Apr 12 06:20:29 -0700 2005 ------- I work with rather huge images most of them covering up to half a page. I want them to stick to a paragraph while writing the document. BUT: I need them to appear either at the top or at the bottom of a the page where the paragraph occurs and not at the position of the paragraph which might be at the middle or end of the page. This feature is similar to the layout LaTeX uses for positioning figures/frames. Mind that there is a problem when you have two figures/frames taking the same place (btw: I think this is a general problem not only for this issue). You need to create a rule how to handle this. LaTeX handles it like a "todo-stack". I. e. first come - first serve. Other graphics will have to move to pages behind the paragraph. A better description of what I would like to have: If I attach the figure to the paragraph I would preferrably like to have it occur on the top of the very same page where the paragraph resides. But it may move even to pages before the current paragraph (or after) BUT it may never leave the current chapter (e. g. because I want to keep it its chapter-numbering). --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
