Please take a look at the attached picture first, it makes things clear
immeadiately.

In OpenOffice Writer 3.0, one can create a Bullet List (via direct Formatting)
and then mark the rows and define a new Paragraph Style on the Selection. After
that, it is possible to define an indentation in the Paragraph Style that will
be used in the List.

When opening the same document with 3.1, the Paragraph indentation is lost in
the List.
