The OpenOffice.org Document Recovery tool recovered my document successfully. Then, it displayed the message "A report of the crash was created to help identify the reason why OpenOffice.org crashed. Click 'Next' to get to the Error Report Tool." 3)I pressed next. 4)The error report tool did not appear as promised. How do I finish the bug report for my crash? 5)OO 3.1.0 hung while I was trying to reproduce the crash. I had to kill it with Windows Ctrl-Alt-Delete. Same result 2-4 as for the crash... Crashes with MailMerge seem to be frequent, but not easily repeatable. Please, if you absolutely have to have a crash report to work on the crash issues, then either the user absolutely needs some way to obtain a crash report (or an identifiable crash report # if automatically submitted to Sun). Please clarify: I think that this means that OO generated the crash report, but didn't actually send it to Sun.
