Currently the fix is "ugly" as there is no file picker UNO API to force setting a folder. So there is a "workaround" to use the configuration to "notify" the Vista file picker that the "My Documents" path has been changed. I don't like the fix and won't apply this schema to all other paths. Due to restricted time and help people with the special "My Documents" path I introduced this minor fix. You can write a separate issue for the export file picker.
