I recieved error 1336 - There is an error creating a temporary file that is needed to complete this installation. I am wanting to remove 3.0 and load 2.4 for work projects. I am running Windows XP. I am not able to remove 3.0 because I get Error 1913 Could not update the INI.file C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org3\program\setup.ini. Verify the file exists and that you can access it. This continues to be a problem with removing 3.0 and not able to install 2.4. Could you please help me with this problem?
