Writing full version "major.minor.micro" into update.xml file für PUS database.
Using the existing "version" key, that until now only contained "3.1" resp. "9".
Changed only file "solenv/bin/gen_update_info.pl".
Fixed in cws native258 without changing code in Office or in Installation.
