2009 -------
Added a config setting in VCL.xcu in the "PrintDialog" section so that you can
switch the Collate CheckBox to off always; administrators can do that in the
file <office>/share/registry/data/org/openoffice/VCL.xcu by changing the value
for key "CollateBox" from "Default" to "AlwaysOff" (actually case insensitive).
In the default case you can also set the initial value for the collate box there
by changing the value for the key "Collate" (which is currently "true"). This
value however will get overwritten by the user checking the collate checkbox
on/off.
