dtardon->plgs: Which locale do yo use? With en_US, Alt+O P opens "Page Style"
dialog from Format menu. The shortcut for Open dialog is Ctrl+O.
Anyway, from the stack it looks like the problem is in Gtk+, not in OO.o.
