------- Additional comments from [email protected] Mon Jul 20 19:02:43 +0000 2009 ------- I can open a document or spreadsheet okay but if I type anything in the document or spreadsheet and then say save and I save it in the recommened format the next time I go to open it I find it will not open and even the icon looks more like a small remote control instead of your icon and it says it does not recognize the format to reopen the spread sheet or document and asked if I would like to go on the internet to open it. I answer yes and it still cannot find anything and recommends that I contact microsoft. I have also tried to save it in microsoft office 97 and the same icon appears with the same message and when I go on the internet again contact microsoft. Have I done something to corrupt the program and can I reload it without a problem?
