I think your URI is incorrect.
I suppose that your script FarvOrd.py is stored in directory python/ inside
your
extension OOFarvOrd-dev.oxt
The URI should be:
vnd.sun.star.script:OOFarvOrd-dev.oxt|python|FarvOrd.py$highlightWordsFromList?
language=Python&location=user:uno_packages
