As already stated, this works now. There is, however, a scenario when there is
still the message, telling that there is already an office runnging. This is the
case when one starts
unopkg gui
and then double clicks an extension in the explorer. There are to aspects here:
1. A normal user DOES NOT USE unopkg to install extensions.
2. The effort to fix this is unreasonably high.
Therefore I will close this issue.
