RFE for "tree view of Headings" is alredy tracked in issue 64886.
RFE for a separate outline view is tracked in issue 3959.
RFE for more than obe outline rule is already tracked as issue 57691.
RFE for multi selection in Navigator has already been filed by yourself ;-)
In this issue, we will concentrate on:
When dragging headings in the template, take all subheadings
with the heading instead of leaving them behind. (If moving a
chapter heading in a navigator view where I can't even see the
text that's under it, what are the odds that I want to move
the whole chapter? As opposed to placing the chapter heading in
front of some text I can't even see?)
For the future, please only file one problem per issue, as stated in
http://qa.openoffice.org/ooQAReloaded/Docs/QA-Reloaded-BasicRules.html
