Need to take a deeper look into the spec to evaluate the correct handling, but
AFAIK, an embedded font can have an arbitrary name, so this should be valid at
all. I will evaluate Mozilla's current implementation, but setting additional
fallback names for the family (e.g. 'arial, sans-serif') would definitely make
sense for renderers that don't support embedded fonts at all.
