"This bug is reproducible". From your side yes but not from ours and that's what
the resolution "WORKSFORME" means. We cannot fix what we cannot reproduce.
Now what you can do is try to find a state where the document prints fine and
compare with the current state = find out what the culprit is.
Some hints (in a fuzzy order):
- uninstall/re-install OOo
- copy/paste the content of the document in a new document.
- update your printer driver.
- print THIS document on an other printer.
- print THIS document from Word or the Word viewer on THIS printer.
- Try to print it on an other machine
