A DUP is an independent additional report of an already known problem with an
existing IZ report. Many DUPS show that the problem seems to exist really (even
if it has been impossible to reproduce it) and /or that the problem might be
important, because many users see the reported problem.
An appropriate stamp for issues that have been submitted twice accidently is
INVALID.
