As discussed with MD: setting target to 3.3.
Reasoning: We like to evaluate if a big and complete solution to this general
problem is possible.
As reference: In older times our UI resources had group boxes and within these
groups where other UI controls related to that group. In that scenario it would
have been easy to say:
all controls within a group box are labeled by that group box
and the group box labels all controls within it.
Maybe because of that relation in the src files it would have even been possible
to provide those LABEL_FOR / LABELED_BY relations rather automatically.
TL->MT: Would it be possible to make the fixed lines that are used nowadays in
the UI to group the controls, to work like the old group box in the src file?
And can by doing that this issue be solved globally for all the OOo UI?
And do we like to go that way if it is possible? (Will probably take a larger
amount of time)
Please make a decision what to do on the global scale and thus what to do with
this issue.
