I checked with "Ooo 3.1.0 WIN XP multilingual version German UI activated
[OOO310m11 (Build 9399)]" and can NOT confirm the reported effect.
This very rare report is concerning a Beta version and has not been confirmed or
even touched within more than 1 year, also no further comments of reporter.
Because there was no activity here for more than 1 year, I close this issue WFM.

Pls. feel free to reopen this issue if you find out that the problem is still
existing with a current stable OOo version.
Before you file further issues or post again here, please read our guidelines on

contribute a clear step by step instruction containing all observations (error
messages ...), _every_key_press_and_every_mouse_click_ how to reproduce the
problem, and explain why you believe that your results are unexpected.
That means (for example):
do not write something like „I am not able to ...“, but
„6. left mouse click on …
expected: …, color of … changes, …
actual: no …., color remains white, no …
Especially information would be required concerning
- Your OS
- Your OE version
- Used Dialog (OOo or OS?
