That's a bigger change than I expected. It would help if you could do a bit of
clean-up:
- Base the change on a recent DEV300 milestone
- Make sure it compiles without warnings
- Do we need the __4_SYMPHONY_BUILD___ define?
- For debug output we have osl/diagnose.h and tools/debug.hxx, do we have to add
a new mechanism (scdebug.h)?
The preferred format for code changes is a diff, basically what you get with
"diff -r -u -N code code-modified".
PL: Do you have an opinion about the VCL changes?
