Then at the end of the document: Endnote heading that says Chapter 1 the consecutively ordered endnotes for the chapter, with notes themselves starting at 1 (here and in document) Endnote heading that says Chapter 2 the consecutively ordered endnotes for the chapter, with notes themselves starting at 1 (here and in document) Endnote heading that says Chapter 3 the consecutively ordered endnotes for the chapter, with notes themselves starting at 1 (here and in document) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
