Hi, if you are using the same value for w and h you only can expect a circle if
also the shape size and the viewBox of the enhanced-geometry is squared. In your
case the viewBox is "0 0 1095 1000" and the shape size is svg:width="8.57cm"
svg:height="6.34cm"

If you want to create a circle using your viewbox and shape size:
1095 : 1000 = 1,095
8,57 : 6,34 = 1,352
1,095 / 1,352 = 0,81 

so the width/height ratio to create circles with an angle ellipse is 0,81 : 1
In your example I have to change the width of the ellipse to 28,35 to produce a
circle.
