In cws locales32:
revision 274633
i18npool/source/localedata/data/so_SO.xml
Note: the attached locale data would had introduced parenthesized
negative currency formats, such as
<FormatCode>[CURRENCY]#,##0;([CURRENCY]#,##0)</FormatCode>
which doesn't appear to be correct. Instead, I used the formats from the
previous locale data
<FormatCode>[CURRENCY]#,##0;-[CURRENCY]#,##0</FormatCode>
which also aligns with what is given in ICU.
The latest data also would had introduced yet another currency symbol,
"SSH" instead of "So. Sh.". I didn't find any reference for this, though
ICU lists "Ssh" instead, see

I used that one, and added the necessary legacyOnly entry to be able to
display already existing documents as they were.
