Then everything is OK from my POV, the first link at the top is indeed an
intra-page link that brings you to the PayPal section (not a big jump though, if
you have a really big monitor or scrolled down already, the view might not
jump).
The paypal section has a "Make a donation" button that will bring you to the
paypal site.
Thus worksforme. If you meant another site, please give the URL.
