Can you reproduce how it happened:
- which kind of pictures you inserted and how.
- where you saved your document
- if your temp directory was full.
Most important: we need the document and the picture to be able to reproduce the
problem.
At best a step by step description of when pictures are saved correctly and when
not.
Last: this is not a help page here. We fix bugs when those are reproducible.
