------- Additional comments from [email protected] Wed Aug 5 14:55:47 +0000 2009 ------- Steps to reproduce: 1/ Install OpenSolaris 2009.06 2/ Install OpenOffice 3.1 3/ Left click on the Applications menu in the top left of the screen. 4/ Left click on the Office menu item. 5/ Hover the mouse over one of the OpenOffice menu items (say, "OpenOffice 3.1 Writer"). 6/ Hold the left mouse button down and drag the menu item onto the desktop background. You will have created a broken link. If you try to double click on it to launch the application, you will get an error popup displayed.
