Sorry, I am not able to re-open issue 56420 as I am not the reporter. Therefor
I have to reopen this issue.
Issue 56420 was on OpenOffice 2.0. This time it is OpenOffice 3.0 and 3.1. I
have added the same information in this issue as in issue 56420.
Step-by-step:
Open a new text file,
press F4 and select a data source and table.
In this case the data source is Faktura.odb and the table is Faktura
Select a records and then select "Data to Text" icon.
Select: Insert data as Text
In the left window is all fata fields mentioned.
In the right window I write the text and the fields that I select.
Type "Fakturadato:" ,
Select the the data field Fakturadato from the left side window and select ">"
New Line
Type "Fakturanummer:" ,
Select the data field Fakturanummer from the left side window and select ">"
New line
New line
New line
Type "Kunde:" ,
Select the datafield Kundenummer from the left side window and select ">"
New line
New line
New line
Type "Beskrivelse"
New line
Select datafield Ydelse from the left side window and select ">"
New line
New line

New line
Type "Pris:", select datafield Ydelse from the left side window and select ">"
Select OK
The text and the content of the database record is transferred into the text
file.
The text "Beskrivelse" or part of it is written in two lines
The text "Pris" or part of it is written in three lines.
I have tried this on two different computers with two different versions of
Windows (XP and Vista) and two different versions of OpenOffice (3.0 and 3.1)
and I get exactly the same result.
