The problem here seems to be an old compiler. The unxlngi4 in the compiler
output indicates a gcc 3.3. I just tried to compile the file
sw/source/ui/wrtsh/select.cxx with unxlngi6 (gcc 3.4) and saw no warning at all.
Please upgrade your compiler and see if the warnings go away.
