I confirm this issue : I have tested OOo 2.4.3 RC1 under XP in a virtual machine
and another member of FR QA team confirms too.
List box "Always save as" is empty for Text documents. It is not for other types
of documents.
For me it is a stopper : it not possible to change the configuration from the
default. And it is a regression. For a bugfix it is a bad user experience.
