These are wo things:
1) The disappearing binding: When trying to reduce the problem of useless,
automatic bindings being created, I was unfortunately a bit too eager. The
submission dialog deletes its binding even its 'useless', i.e. if it has no
special info. Now, I properly discriminate between temporary bindings, and ones
that existed before, and only delete the temporary ones.
2) Also the submission doesn't works anymore: Well, that is a bit of an
overstatement. The XForms specification states that no data should be submitted,
if there is any invalid data in the instance. There used to be a dialog that
informed the user and asked on how to proceed. The dialog was removed, however,
because we couldn't get it through the translation anymore. Now, we don't submit
invalid data anymore, just as the spec states.
I have 'fixed' this do always do the submission,since this is apparently not
what users expect. We violate the XForms spec at this point. Things will be well
again, as soon as the dialog is re-enabled.
