------- Additional comments from [email protected] Wed Aug 12 09:04:43 +0000 2009 ------- Hi, This happened when using the Writer, but it could have occurred with any other program of the OpenOffice suite. I just lost an important document because when I clicked on Save As and the box opened with the folder I wanted to save it in, I accidentally double-clicked on an already existing .doc file which got immediately got over-written, without even being asked for confirmation. Following my erroneous double-click I immediately closed the Writer by mistake and so the content of the file I accidentally over-wrote is now lost. I strongly suggest adding a "confirmation of over-writing" when saving by double clicking on an existing document... Thank you in advance for taking my suggestion into account.
