This is exactly the same problem as in Issue 70981. As long as the FEATURE is
not integrated, you can not estimate that OOo will open such documents quickly.
Still can't confirm a hang, it takes 3 minutes, then the document has been
opened
(AMD Athlon 64bit 3500+ / 1GB RAM)

Please compare source code of both sample files using WIN Editor!
