Things are getting worse:
In DEV300m54 opening the attached document causes a crash on Linux, MacOS X and
Windows.
Under DEV300m54 non-pro (Windows) I got assertion:

Thus, assigning issue to HBRINKM for fixing the crash. Afterwards, I can take it
back to investigate the layout problem.
