2009 -------
a) order is now #copies, range, notes
b) it's not missing. "Brochure" and "Pages per sheet" are a RadioButton group
(mutually exclusive), so you use them like all RadioButtons with crsr up/down
c) "Text placeholder" now has proper T as accelerator
