------- Additional comments from [email protected] Tue Aug 18 11:13:39 +0000 2009 ------- Steps to reproduce: 1. Load the attached RTF file. Notice the font: It is Verdana. 2. Save as RTF. 3. Open the new RTF. Notice the font: It has changed to Arial. The RTF file is in perfectly valid RTF format and is displayed to correctly in OpenOffice when it is loaded. However, OpenOffice changes the formatting when re-saving as RTF. The saved RTF file points to font number 1 (\f1 - Arial) instead of font number 4 (\f4 - Verdana), which means the file is displayed incorrectly when loaded again. The problem doesn't show up if either the second occurence of "\pard\plain" or the first occurence of "\f4\fs20" is removed from the file. This is the source document: {\rtf1\ansi\deff1\adeflang1025 {\fonttbl{\f0\froman\fcharset0\fprq2 Times New Roman;}{\f1\fnil\fcharset0 Arial;}{\f2\fswiss\fcharset0\fprq2 Arial;}{\f3\fnil\fcharset0 Arial;}{\f4\fswiss\fcharset128\fprq2 Verdana;}{\f5\fnil\fcharset0\fprq2 Arial Unicode MS;}{\f6\fnil\fcharset0\fprq2 Tahoma;}{\f7\fnil\fcharset0 Tahoma;}} \pard\plain { {\pard\plain \f4\fs20 {\f4\fs20 Ich bin Verdana!} \par }} \par } --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
