'near axis' is translated into 靠近轴； 'near axis (other side)' is translated into 靠近轴（其他边）； IMO， I think it is not fitting. 'near axis' is translated into 靠近轴之外； 'near axis (other side)' is translated into 靠近轴之内； May be there is other appropriate translations.
