------- Additional comments from [email protected] Fri Aug 21 17:59:53 +0000 2009 ------- Open the options menu of OOo and go to path. Next edit templates and add a new path for templates. Then set this new path as default. Restart OOo and try to save a template: Files - templates - save (in German: Datei - Dokumentenvorlage - Speichern). OOo freezes. I had to kill soffice.bin. If I restart OOo and try to create a new document from a template (in German: Datei - Neu - Vorlagen und Dokumente), the dialog documents and templates (in German: Dokumente und Vorlagen) doesn't open. I'm not able to create a new document from a template and OOo freezes again. I had to kill it again. If I change the path to the default template folder (/home/user/ooo/3/user/template) there is no change in the behavior of OOo. I had to delete the new path entry.
