Typing Cyrillic works OK in User data, name is showed correctly inside Document properties. I attached a screenshot in "properties.png". The only issue I could find with Cyrillic is with digital signature certificates. There is also an issue with Latin-2 as "ć" become "c" in certificate properties. I made new tests with OOo 3.1.1 RC2 (OOO310_m19), Latin behaves the same but Cyrillic is now shown as garbage characters and not as question marks, see the attached screenshot in "ca_serbian_cyrillic_310m19.png".
