It looks that you do not use the native OpenOffice build from the OOo website.
The displayed (and in the xml code visible) controls in the attached document
are not supported by native OOo and are based on an implementation of your Linux
distributor (ubuntu, Novell?)
Please refer to your linux distributor in this case.
