------- Additional comments from [email protected] Wed Aug 26 11:47:35 +0000 2009 ------- cmc->erack: timseves cc'ed here wants to have page numbering in Tai Lue digits (and in other unicode digits e.g. Unicode 5.2 1A81... Tai Tham Hora Digits). We do have a "Native Numbering" option, but that one would require adding "tai" or "khb" locales support to OOo and I see that we allow selecting a range of specific CJK numbering types, e.g. NUMBER_TRADITIONAL_JA, NUMBER_UPPER_ZH_TW and so on, but we don't list any existing CTL ones. So, should we support here specific numbering formats to explicitly select the digits to use for numbering, i.e. basically the list at the bottom of http://unicode.org/Public/5.2.0/ucd/extracted/DerivedNumericType-5.2.0d5.txt We have some of these supported through "Native Numbering", and some not. As an example here's Tai Lue numbering. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
