Looks good to me: as far as I can see the patch is all about making mingw build
the equivalent to the msc
build and fixing some warnings etc. in the process. I have some minor doubts
about the ltmain.sh and the
Makefile.in changes though.
@kstribley: are the changes ok with you too?
