I had a deeper look but even trying to reproduce the problem was futile.

This reminds me of the font substitution Writer does when doing a html export
(e.g. "helvetica" -> "sans-
serif", "kidprint" -> "cursive"). Maybe Writer somehow keeps the substitutions?
