I reported this issue on May 2009 at OOo community forum, you can find it at http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=19178&p=87576&hilit=pdf+export#p87576. What OS are you using? VISTA or XP? Mine is VISTA. I can reproduce those stripes on another PC which OS is W2K pro. The other interested thing is on the left bottom side you will find date function had changed its color from white into black! Files have uploaded to FTP server.
